Quite a few people follow the code, "No pain, no gain.". What about those who take all the pain but never gain? The one's who have lived by the code "No pain, no gain"? There are some who live by that until there is no more life for them. I have seen people go insane over that concept. Living for the pain. Living to see themselves hurt. Living to see themselves no more. Until they are 6 feet under they do not stop.

I know some even now who feel that if they see sadness in anyone, they must take it away from them. Hold it until it suffocates, and no one is sad anymore. Those people do so much and never gain anything. I want to give back to them something many of them will never hear. A thank you. For all the help you give to your friends. The ones that need you in times of darkness.

You are the one who suffers most. You take all that pain away upon yourself. Never to ask for anything in return. I can not give much, but I can say thank you.
