Started out slow today, wore a shirt that's been hanging in the back of my (incredibly small) hanger-area place forever and I took the tag off this morning lol...
Then this afternoon I took a nap downstairs for once, and then it was off to town! x3 Mom got money from the bank, and then we went to cash wise to get snacks for the theater and to rent a few movies. Karen's watching the Benjamin Button movie right now, actually...
Anyways Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was EPIC, indeed. x3 I loved it. Karen and I were exchanging comments throughout the movie (quietly, of course), and there was this really annoying group of little boys that was really rowdy before the movie started... (mom told us that if they didn't settle down by the time the movie started, she'd go complain to the theater... o.o; wink but they were fine once it got going.
I got those tropical typhoon mike&ike things, and I didn't even open them until we were driving home lol.
Oh and Karen's latest project: designing the bag that our aunt gave her for a present. Today we got some iron-on paper from Wal-mart after church, and proceeded to print off the marching skeleton from the My Chemical Romance album cover. Haha that bag's gonna be fun...
Another random thing: Today mom told us that she'll be in Chicago this week Monday through Thursday. Deeming ME as taxi... *sigh* luckily we don't have a heck of a lot to do...
tomorrow is nothing, Tuesday the final dog project day with the dog (showmanship), and Wednesday and Thursday I have to work at the brat stand at Cash Wise for youth group...
All of my evenings are free this week (except for Tuesday), so I hope I can fit in some work time... I was s'posed to talk to Barb today at church, but I didn't get the chance... =/ that just means I gotta do it tomorrow. Snap.
Either Wed. or Thurs. Karen and Lonnie have Livestock Quality Assurance and Ethics training or whatever (lol I like the "important" name so that's why I say it... xD) in Hutch (which dad'll take them to), and then Friday through Sunday Dad and lonnie are going on a canoe trip.
This weekend mom and Karen are also going down to visit g-ma, and mom has to work.
Leaving me with an empty house Friday night. biggrin
I was hoping for an empty house on Saturday night, too, but mom decided that they'll probably just come back that evening sometime... *disappointed sigh*
... talk about a small world. Earlier I was checking up on facebook, and somehow got on this album of this one chick's bonfires in Willmar. Of course I knew the VDE's and Austin's gf, but then I discovered that Brook was there, and Alex B., of all people, and this one girl from my DAYCARE... omg I was happy. ^^ I haven't seen her for years, and all of a sudden, *poof!* she shows up on facebook. I remember her older brother was deaf, so it was always fun to sign-language with him... his name was Mario.

But seriously, Brook, Alex, and her all in the same picture??!!
