I don't care much for the Demonic Armor (most people seem to agree with me since it's about 7k cheaper than the Lace in the MP). The purple/black color scheme is way overdone in everything, and I would expect better from Gaia. Also, the items aren't that amazing. Just a cape and some shiny purple gemstones. They don't look like gems, more like costume jewelery.
But the Lace is entirely different. It's very skimpy, yet it holds its theme of purity nicely. Fits with many outfits, and can be used as a risque addition to an ensemble, or as an innocent yet sexy centerpeice. The nighty is my favorite as it's shear, and thus fun to work with. The halo that everybody is so excited about is lovely, but a poor color choice. It's not pure white like the rest of the items in the set. It's a kind of blue-ish, melting snow kind of tinted white. So pair it with similar tones, not starched white.
