So Day of Silence was today.
My friends did it, and when I first saw them, I just wanted to smack them.

Its just, what will be silent for a day really prove?
The whole point of Day Of Silence is to hand out info cards on why today is day of silence, and if you choose not to be silent, you try to get people to support you by talking about the issues.
Seriously. Just being quiet, doing nothing, will not prove anything. Only that you support their rights.
If someone really wants to prove a point, its called a picket line for Gay marriages. That's how you prove a point. Even if you don't win.
