The higher power may be unleashed often now because there is no one that has the ability to stop the higher power anymore there is no one that can calm me down from any stress that was gathered in the day now all my stress and pain and anger shall get stored up with no one that can release it harmlessly the higher power will be seen and i don't want that to happen last time it happened i completely lost it and didn't know what i was doing i don't remember anything that happened and when it almost happened i hurt one of my friends that was trying to help me i don't want that to ever happen but i cannot stop the higher power it is to power full for me to stop alone i need help but there is no one in the world that could stop the higher power any more it is hopeless i fear for the worst
