sooo... been awhile. biggrin I just haven't really felt like going online... not like I've had the time, anyways. Thursday night was choir practice, Friday night a party/final practice for contest on Saturday, which Jenna got an Excellent and I'm pretty convinced Taylor and I didn't do so hot because the song we chose was really simple and the judge picked up on it and then the rest of that day I slept, then today I was busy selling lilies for our youth group and sleeping some more and going to Renville to have our church choir sing at. Which was interesting, to say the least. There was barely anybody in the audience, and turns out that both Jenna and Krin hadn't eaten since breakfast so they BOTH had to leave because they were gonna pass out... *shrugs and grins* they're okay now... I just vowed to make them stuff their faces before our final (and most important lol) performance next Sunday night at our church.
... today I was really out of it during church. I thought I was listening to the sermon, but I wasn't really paying attention to what was being said. o_O whatever. I was planning out my week- tomorrow is piano in the morning, doc appt. in the afternoon, and a jazz band thing for the senior banquet thing that night. *shivers for no reason*
aaaaaaaaand I just forgot what I was going to say.... umm I've been itchy today? if its not my eye, its my cheeks, or my nose, or my jaw, or my neck, or my back, or my earlobe, or my forehead. wth. -.- body lice lol. biggrin
oh yeah- Taylor and I are gonna gussy-up Jenna for the Sadie Hawkins. We're going to Jen's house Friday after school, and I'm thinking Taylor will do makeup, I'll do hair, and Tay's also bringing a nice dress for her. =] Maybe we'll have to ambush Krin, too.... I have a feeling they might get me, too, but I dunno... I know how to do that kinda stuff myself. ;P
kinda on that subject I really don't know what I'm gonna wear to that. All black, hopefully. I'm thinking I'll wear that black skirt I wore last year, along with a black tank I have under one of my 3 black dress shirts. xDD with my wicked awesome hat, of course. x3 (the one in my sig) When I told my parents that on the way home today, dad said that Johnny Cash actually sang a song about why he always wears black. lookin' that one up, fer sure. ^^
speaking of dad- like this past Wednesday or something he started real work for someone else for the first time in his life!! for the week after the auction he just kinda milled around the house the whole day, but one of his good farmer friends (the Hultgrens) offered him a job, so he went. =3 they're working on machinery stuff and when it gets warmer then they'll plant... he's also been just "around" doing things like helping our neighbor Jeff Lopez (lol, right? xD) load (or unload?) pigs for the afternoon and stuff...
oh and friday we got freaking DISH. stare I have absolutely no use for it, so I was visibly pissed when I turned on the tv. I would be fine with it this summer were it not for the fact that we don't even have freaking Discovery Channel. sucks.
... *scratches head and glances at dog* Garth's been interesting. He knows when he does something wrong, and you know that he knows because he cowers like anything. Lately he's gotten this thing where he'll take off running outside, and he'll start mauling a certain kitten (Cloud's too stupid for her own good. -.-) by like biting her back and stuff and then I'll yell and then he'll run up to the porch and cower, and as I come closer he'll start crawling around with his tail between his legs and his ears back and stuff, and before I pick him up his bladder gets the better of him and he wets himself. rolleyes whatever. It'll either get worse or better as the summer goes on- he'll have obedience training, but he'll also have more freedom around the farm. *shrugs*
....... I shall now go look up that Johnny Cash song. talk to ya peoples later.
