Raspberry Ice Sin: Drink up.
The Seal Has Been Broken. Words of a mind unspoken. This will not mean your end. Reading these truths, your mind will bend.
Twist
Bloody red hues glared through a black veil, hair as wild as the look in those scorching eyes. A vision so blurred by tears the image before those crimson eyes was unrecognizable. But…she didn’t need to see him to know it was him. The man she hated with all her heart just as she had loved him with all her heart not too long ago. Her emotions were strong, and they ruled her actions. If he did not understand her feeling then, she would make him understand them now. And with no warning, not need for thought on her part, her body moved in a way that he would not be able to read her actions. She wasn’t just a fighter; she was part of nature itself. She was like water, movements connected in harmony to create rapid fluid movements. He just stared with those glowing green eyes, a sick grin across those lips she’d once melted against. More tears streamed down her face as she made her move, a punch right at that grin that made her feel sick to her stomach.
“Stop it! Stop it!” She yelled with all her might as he managed to block her attempt at an attack by crossing his forearms.
“Why should I stop, love. Tell me…” He laughed, looking to her face, beautifully twisted into a mask of pure anger.
“Because...I love you.” She did not let herself slow down, or get distracted. Her body would move back, as she crouched and made a low kick at his legs. Catching him then, as he fell on his back. He lay there for a moment, still, not even breathing. No he had died a long time ago, the man she loved died. The figure laughed, it was psychotic even in its tone. She had stood over him, a foot planted firmly against his neck.
“You love me?” It spoke in his voice; the green eyes had turned back into their natural muddy brown of the body’s natural form. She glared at it, her tears dried, the only evidence of them left were the trails of salt left on her cheeks.
“No…you’re not the one I love.” And with all the power she could muster she sent a great deal of power into crushing the creatures neck, not looking at his face…it was her lovers face. She would then hold her hands over the body and with a few parting words, the creature burned with a shriek.
Her eyes looked at what was now ashes, and her lips pressed together as she tried to fight back the tears. She should have known it wasn’t him anymore…but she didn’t want to let him go. She suffered for her mistake, but never again would she let such a thing happen again. Looking into her eyes, they lost the blood coloring, but they never returned to the lively ocean blue they had once been. Now her eyes were the saddest blue, looking into them would let you share only a fraction of her loss. She turned around to walk away, and the wind blew the ashes away. “I miss you.” With those final words, the last piece of her heart tore away, leaving an emptiness she would never allow another living being to feel if she had any means of preventing it.
