Kai passed by the Nara Clan, and studied it. ‘Her clan…’ he thought. Kai smiled slightly, and walked on. Tinyo cursed at Kai multiple times, but Kai couldn’t help himself. Kai teleported back to Kaz’s room, his real self again. Kai kissed Kaz’s cheek gently.
Her eyes slowly opened as she sat up. Her eyes went completely open since she had just woke up though. “Kai? Where‘d you go?” She asked, praying it was really him.
He tried to smile, “I couldn’t kill you, so I tried to leave. But somehow the thought of you made me come back, He replied softly.” He then held her gently.
She smiled “You must say that to all the girls you kidnap.” Kaz teased.
He kissed her lips softly, and smiled. “I mean it about you though.” He replied joking, still hugging her.
She then froze at the feeling of the silkiness of his lips pressing against hers. She blushed, and buried her face in his chest to hide it from Kai.
Kai smiled, “Kaz, you know I have to leave… I don’t belong here.” He whispered quietly.
Kaz snapped her head up, “But! That!…I…we…” She then looked down sadly. She didn’t want him to leave, and her grip around his waist tightened.
Kai sighed. “I will try to be legally in the leaf, but if I can’t…”Kai was silent for a moment, and he leaned them both down on the bed. “I don’t know what’ll happen.”
“I’m close to the hokage, and if she doesn’t know about your water village past, then she might accept you… you just can’t kill, or do any more criminal things…” She said looking down, thinking there would be no way in hell a murderer would stop doing what he liked best.
Kai smiled and added, “Of course. But for now, please rest. “He said after he kissed her forehead gently.
Kaz glanced at the time seeing how late it was. “Oh! Would you like to spend the night?”
Kai grinned, and nodded, “only if you want me to..?
“If I didn’t want you to, I wouldn’t have asked.” Kaz said, blushing.
Kai smiled and held her in his arms, playing with her hair gently. “I’ll stay then,” He whispered.
She smiled and held him tightly against herself.
Kai kissed her neck gently. “I’m so happy that I kidnapped you.” He teased.
Kaz giggled. “You must say that to all the girls you take away to your house.” She joked.
Kai laughed. “You especially.”
Kaz looked into his eyes as if she where being hypnotized, while she slowly moved my hand down to stroke his hair. She then pulled his head closer to hers.
Kai grinned and kissed her again. Rocking her gently as he held her.
Kaz pulled him to her again, kissing him as deep as her lips would let her.
Kai kissed back passionately, pulling her on top of him. Kai then pulled her down onto his body, his arms wrapped around her lower back as he kissed her.
Kaz really didn’t know how to react. She had never done this before, nor has she ever felt any of the feelings she felt around Kai with any one else. She let him do as he pleased, hoping that that would be a good choice to have made.
Kai and Kaz then went at it for the night, (If you know what I mean) until morning came.
--------Morning (Right after their…*Cough cough* fun)
Kaz lay asleep snuggled in Kai’s arms, tightly holding him by his waist.
Kai, still awake, gently kissed Kaz’s neck, then drifting himself off to sleep.
Around an hour later, Kaz awoke, and looked at Kai. ‘How could this have happened? I come to the sand village on a mission to search for a murderer, and find a man who I believed could help with the case. That man then became the murderer I was looking for… then that murderer… became this man, who I’m sleeping with now, and never wanting to let go.’ Kaz thought to herself as she moved closer to Kai in his arms.
Kai kept sleeping, but his demon was wide awake. The figure of a wolf appeared. “Are you sure that you can trust this murderer?” He barked.
Kaz paused for a moment, and looked around to find the speaking voice. “Yes… I believe I can.”
The wolf laughed darkly. “You shouldn’t when I’m around.”
Kaz was silent, and her grip around Kai loosened as fear creped up her spine.
Kai opened his eyes slowly, and changed from the fierce blue of the wolf, to dark green quickly.
Kaz, frozen in fear, stayed silent.
Kai jerked (sat) up quickly. “Is something wrong?!” he asked.
Kaz couldn’t speak. She looked into Kai’s eyes as one who was looking at death would have.
Kai stared back, sorrow in his eye. “Please tell me I didn’t hurt you…?”
Kaz looked down, sorrow reflecting back into her eyes. “Your demon… he wants me dead doesn’t he…?”
Kai was silent, then he lied back down next to her again. “Yes…” He paused. “But that’ll never happen.” Kai then brought her close to him again.
Kaz was still silent, not sure weather or not to believe his words.
Kai kept hugging her, but sensed her worry and un-trust in him. “I’ll make breakfast.” He said quickly.
“No! Please! Allow me!” Kaz responded in equal speed. “Um, what would you like!?”
Kai hesitated, a bit confused. “Um, eggs?” He replied in a questioning tone.
“Sure!” Kaz got up real quickly, threw a robe on herself, and headed toward the kitchen. “You can do whatever you want! Sleep, take a shower, change, whatever, just don’t leave just yet!” She voiced as she went down the hall.
Kai scratched his head in confusion, and went to the shower. As he did, he dried ignored Tinyo.
Kaz began to cook the eggs. As she took out the spices and herbs, Ryo slowly took control of one of Kaz’s arms, and grabbed the rat poison out. Kaz then tried as hard as she could to not allow Ryo to add it to the food.
When Kai was done, he stared at himself in the mirror, feeling that he didn’t get any sleep at all.
Kaz then fought with herself to not allow the rat poison to be added into Kai’s eggs, but ended up dropping it into the fire, causing the flames to rise, the bottle to crack.
Kai came out, and saw Kaz. “Are you okay!?” He asked looked at her injuries as he ran toward her.
“Yes…” She said quietly. Her hand had been cut, burned, and poisoned.
