As the burning wood came down all around Gino he heard voices.
"Gino! Gino!" He looked around but couldn't seen anyone. The smoke was too thick. He felt somebody wrap their arms around his arms, legs, and stomach.
"Get...out!" He yelled, chocking on the burning air.
"We'll never leave you Gino!" Said one person.
"We love you to much!" Said another. Even though the room was burning Gino could feel hot tears fall on his skin. The house creaked and finally came crashing down.
During the very last moment of Gino's life, he had never felt more loved. And he had smiled. He smiled at the beauty of the world he would never see again and had smiled at the love he had recieved at the end.
