Disappearing From Hospital...
It has been 12 hours since the meeting with Mr.Paterson. Ace was finally opening his
eyes. He slowly opened his eyes moving his fingers gently he woke up once again found himself laying in a hospital finding his friends sitting around him apart from Angel of course he knew she wouldn't be there but for his surprise Mr.Willam and Mrs.Jackson was sitting there with them. Ace slowly pulled himself up along the bed as he pulled his self up along the bed a pain shot from his stomach where he have been stabbed earlier, he sat there looking at them and Michele, Spike and Jake got up from the chair they were sitting and sat next to him looking worried. Mrs.Jackson smiled at him and asked how he was feeling. He looked at her and back at Mr.William he didn't bother replying to Mrs.Jackson's question his only concern was Angel, where is she? Who took her? Those are the only question that was running on his head. "Did you find anything about her?" he asked them he obvious they haven’t found her yet because she would be right there with him if they found her. Everyone looked at each other with he knew by the look in they eyes what the answer was.
It was Mr.William who answered, he shocked his head "No but we managed to track down the car, it belongs to Macsade."
Ace knew that already and he didn't want spend another minute sitting in the bed and wait for SIS to find her, for all he knows it could be already be to late. He tries to get up and off the bed but his wounds were too deep for him to move, he fell back in the bed. Michele stopped him before he could try to move again, she pushed him when he try to get up and said "You lost to much energy and losing blood every time you move" she laid her hand on his stomach where the blood stain were getting bigger. Ace looked at his stomach and his hand where was shot and stabbed. He nods even though he wants to get up and go look for her, inside he knew it was his fault she got into this mess and he can't just sit there while she is in hand of brutal gang, they would think twice about killing her.
He turned to Mrs.Jackson and Mr.William "What are you going to do? Part from sitting there?" his words came out angrily they promised his friend and him would be safe, they would go in and out of the mission with no harm done but they let him down again she has been taken away.
Mr.William looked at him "Of course not SIS are searching for her right now they will bring her back safely, you don’t need to worry just relax and take rest".
Ace laughed at what he said and repeated what he said "Don’t worry just relax" he looked up at Mr.William "That what you always says and it always mean you never do anything" he was furious and couldn't keep control of him self.
Soon after the loud noise from him shouting a nurse in her late 30's entered the room and asked all the guest to leave the room as the visiting time has ended and she also need to dress his wounds again. All of them got up saying good bye and get well soon and left the room with last glance at him, after all of them left the room the nurse walked up to him and took the bandage he already had wrapped around his wounds and cleaned the blood that has been coming out from him staining and moving his body. She wrapped new clean bandage around him and told him to lay down and relax he would be healed in no time. He faked a smile and laid down as she left the room closing it behind her, Ace laid in the bed now he is all alone the room was quiet he could hear the birds singing while heading back to they nest and the sky is turning dark red and black as the sun sets. He laid there thinking about Angel, Is she okay? What would Mascade do to her? And why did they chose to take her? Things were so complicated and messed up inside his head. He closed his eyes try to rest as the sky was completely black only lighted up by the light from the full moon and sparking stars which are shattered around the sky, it must be passed 8.30 the door opened once again there was a young pretty girl with long blonde hair which went down past her shoulders, she was much younger than the other nurse who had came earlier and her uniform was different. She was wearing blue nursing uniform and was holding a tray with glass of water and some tablets, she walked toward him with a smile as he opened his eyes and watched her coming close and handed him the glass of water and the tablets. Her voice was soft and gentle "Those will help you get some good sleep tonight and gain strength for tomorrow" she said with a smile he guessed she must be nursing student he nods his head as she took the empty glass and left the room leaving him on his own once again to rest. He laid there watching the sky which was now only lighted by the moon light because most of the stats seem to be disappeared, there were still some stars left here and there cross the huge sky which was more darker than before with grey clouds passing through he guessed it must going to rain and the breeze from the night wind came through the opened window in his room and passed through his wounds which made his body shiver, the cold breeze was gentle and nice for his warm body he was feeling a lot better than how he was feeling that morning. The tablets didn't seem to work there was long in his mind, he pulled of his blanket and put on a shirt that was left for him on the side on the table next to his bed. He got off the bed opened the window widely letting more of the wind hit him and pass through his hair and entire body. He stood there watching the night sky with few flashes on the sky with no sound it start to rain which made the night even better he climbed up the window and sat at the window aisle playing with the rain drops still letting the cold breeze from the night wind run cross his body. The time flew past it must be getting near 3.00 in the morning the wind got more chillier and the rain was still pouring down hitting the ground but the sky was little more brighter and he could see the huge gate on the other side from where he was standing there was a guard sitting inside little cubical he must be doing night shift but he seemed to have dazed off into sleep. Ace couldn't sleep and couldn't stay any longer locked inside this room, he felt as the wind has healed his wounds and he gains more strength. He quickly got back inside the room and got changed to his jeans and put on his shoes and found his black with red dragon which seemed like it was flying out of the hood, it was his favourite. He pulled in on and pulled his hood up as he climbed back out of the window into the grass garden of the hospital and ran cross it and slowly reached the gate and opened it gently without making any noises. The guard moved but luckily he didn't wake up, Ace slowly closed the gate and there were a cab office just opposite the hospital which he hurried to and asked them to take him to the place that was mentioned earlier by Mr.Williams when he was saying that they have found that the car which was used to kidnap Angel was signed to Macsade member whose the name Ace would not forget, Paterson must know where they are keeping her and somehow he could manage to make Paterson speak and find out.
The night was fading and the sun was starting to come up spreading its light around the place, the sky was turning bright red and the rain has stopped the sky was clear and the stars are completely faded away. The phone rang as a man picked it up and answered and on the other side there was a woman who has a soft and gently voice it was the young nurse who had came up to Ace's room last to give him the tablets and she sounded scared her voice was nervous as she spoke on the phone "Is this Mr.William, this is Elisa."
"Yes, Is their something wrong agent, Is Ace okay?” replied Mr.William on the other side of the phone.
The woman spoke again, "No sir, the boy have been gone missing his cloths are gone too. And his window was open which I closed when I left last night after given him the sleeping tablets" he was nervous and scared.
"I will inform Mrs.Jackson and I will be there soon as I can, until them see if you can find him anyway inside the hospital he might of went for walk" least he hoped Ace has gone for a walk and not to go after the Mascade even though he knew that what exactly happened. He hang up the phone and informed Mrs.Jackson on what have just happened and her thought was exactly the same he must have went to look for her, they need to find him fast. They both headed to the hospital where the young blonde nurse was waiting for them, she was a SIS agent who was assigned to go in as a student nurse to look after Ace while he was in the hospital. The girl explained what happened he couldn't left long ago it was 7.00am as the clock was showing in the room the three of them were and the girl told them that she had checked on his at 4.55am and she saw him laying in bed and fast asleep. They knew where he was headed, the only place they told him, Paterson's mansion which was one and half hour from the hospital and it was Saturday the road was full of traffic of people going to work and others who are going for a nice day out with sun shining brightly on the warm day which was rare during this month of the year. Mrs.Jackson believed he could not gone far it must be between 2hrs since he left the hospital but Ace didn't go all the way to Paterson's house because he saw Paterson getting off the same black car Ace was chasing that day they took Angel. The place was only 1hr from the hospital Ace got of the taxi and followed Paterson into the building which seems only half finished there was a name board which was missing the end half of the board and the front part read "FERT" he entered inside looking around and staying quietly as he can and not to get spotted, the floor had 6 floors and of which the top 6th floor has big open space unlike the other floors as Ace noticed when he came into the building.
He heard someone footsteps, someone was walking up the stairs. He quickly went to the bottom of the stair case and looked up there he was Paterson just had made his way to 3rd floor he didn't seem to be going up more stairs he turned away from the stairs and went into some room and Ace followed up the stairs quietly and he heard people speaking inside a room near the stairs on the 3rd floor. Inside the room there was 2 men talking to each other and both of them were holding a gun and Ace looked around the place and found a metal bar laying cross the floor underneath the stairs he picked it up and hit both men cross they head which knocked them out. Ace put down the metal and went to look for Paterson, this floor only had two rooms and he checked both of them but there was no sign of him and suddenly something hard was pushed against his back. He knew at once it was Paterson he was pointing gun at Ace's back, which a little laugh Paterson spoke "You are brave yet foolish boy, you really think you could just walk in here and find me. You wont get lucky like you did with the Night Panthers,” he said pushing the gun harder against Ace's back. Ace moved forward little wondering where has he come from he wasn't in the last room where the other two men were and he wasn't inside this room when he entered. Ace than turned around to face Paterson and looked at him straight in the eyes "Where is she? She did nothing to you, this is between you, me and SIS and now Mascade so why take her" his words spitted out furiously.
