just watch me.
*_*
I don't really know what to say...

we didn't have school today (blowing snow), so I'm rather bored... it was funny when we found out because we had both parents each stationed at a different window looking for the bus, and when 7:10 rolled around, everyone (in every room) just yelled out "We're closed!" to the general house when it was on tv. xD

BUT I'm gonna work on some stuff pretty quick.

Mom plans to go into Willmar later to the chiropractor, and I'll come with to get the book Coraline from the library. (>.<!!) I knew about Coraline before all this fun movie stuff from Jenna and Krin, but I hadn't gotten around to reading the book. Therefore I am going to read it before Feb. 6 (AKA movie premiere). =P It sounds wickedly AWESOME so I want to get at it before the "hype" comes over it like it came over twilight.... rolleyes just imagine how proud those very FEW were who read the books before there was even word they were to come out in theaters... xDD

Moving on!: the dog is next to me. I don't get it- I get mad at him fairly often, yet he still loves me as much as he did that first day... actually I'm trying to copy that characteristic... quite admirable in humans and animals alike. =]

And last Friday (wow a week already?!) I promised myself to draw something fun for Jenna (haha long story kinda... xP) and I've finally made some headway on it. I don't think I dare put color to paper- it would ruin it like color has ruined all my other projects.

hmmm....oh yeah Health. I chose Obsessive Compulsive Disorder for mine (lol, right? xD), and depending on how much info I can rack up on it, I might stick with that. x] I tried to chose something that interested me that I wanted to learn the most about and I knew the least about.

OMG AND YA I was talking to mom and she said that she and Karen were taking the Ipod to Philly when I'm in Florida, and I told her later that I really don't think a 1 gig is enough for me... so we came to the conclusion that I can get an Ipod! eventually, anyways... xD I was looking earlier at Best Buy's website and they have a classic one (the same kind mom has & the same size too) that's about $150 I believe... but I kinda want to see if they have them at officemax too because mom gets MaxPerks or whatever so we could dock off a good $30 from the price... haha but I think I like Best Buy better. xP don't think Officemax even sells ipods- i didn't see them on their website. Just accessories for them.

Ok I gotta make a list so I don't forget: *does mental counting*
- Health paper
- Lit letter (haha I was really hoping for a study hall today... guess I got the ultimate one. cool )
- Just math in general...believe it or not yesterday during that class I actually kinda-sorta held an almost conversation with munchkin... xDDDD and then he took my calculator up front for me afterwards... ^^ I honestly don't know anymore about whether I truly like him or not... *shrugs* I get rather bored through school, so it's good to have something to distract me.
- fashion design... should probably take a look at our new (complicated!) jazz stuff...
- art influence research thinger...
- practice interview stuff for BPA
- Jen's drawing...
- D.C. application

what the crap! we also have k-bowl tomorrow. O.O it's at Hutch, but at this point I'm kinda doubting we'll be going anywhere until Sunday afternoon... (the NWS is supposed to have a wind chill advisory starting at 9 tonight for our area... well its blowing like heck already so I dunno... xD)

... my latest arena entry is doing good... haha I had fun taking it. =] now I need more... *plots*

*looks around* ok where the heck did the dog go? ... nvm he's following lonnie around. lonnie left a pack of gum laying next to the computer, and it's fast disappearing as the weekend wears on... (and yes, to me it feels like it should be Saturday. ^^)

now I was gonna say somethin' else, too... =/ mother's taking a nap now. I had intended to do the same thing, but as is evidenced by my presence here, I have not. We'll see about tomorrow... I'm thinking that I'll have karen text Retrum and see if we'll have k-bowl tomorrow at all... (would save me having to get up in the morning... ^^)

woot! I don't have piano for the next two weeks! =D The back-slap: I need to get a duet (both parts) that I despise PERFECTED by the next time we meet. crying sucks. oh oh and on my Beatles song I have basically 2 hard things- a quick little movement thinger that I keep making flat (sound fun when I get it right though xD), and a run. Dangit my past education did not require runs, or chords, or any theory whatsoever. The only stuff I knew before I took lessons with Phil was some quick little things that Gylten taught me after school a couple times. (as in chords and improvisation...) So now I'm FINALLY learning how to correctly flip my fingers at the right time and such when doing runs. Funny thing is the other day I walked in Gylten's office after school and he was teaching this kid piano. Like really fresh meat (didn't even know note names or anything... =P). Later when I came back to the room, Gylten was already teaching him how to do scales properly. o.o oh well. I'm learning, and that's good. ^^

oh and also I was just reflecting over the fact that technically, I own two cars. Or none at all. o.o Because the Alero was supposed to be mine, (but mom uses it all the time), and on the insurance papers it says that my primary vehicle is the Suburban (but it wasn't intended for my use). xD

haha funny how i always say that I don't know what to say at the beginning of entries yet I ALWAYS find stuff to talk about...

oh yeah- my art paper!! *adds to list earlier* technically not a "paper" paper, just some sorta thing to find out more about an artist of your choice. We have to find out about them (like their typical style and such), and decide on one of their works to influence us. Then we have to design a project based on the artist's style. I'm definitely sticking with surrealism... its just flippin' sweet. biggrin haha when I first looked up Salvador Dali, I thought, "Ok this is cool! I'll do him!" but then as the hour wore on, I discovered (quite to my dismay) that he did LOTS of "erotic" paintings for/of his wife and such... DX I lost count of all the paintings of nude women I saw... And so I decided to research a different artist. xD

*pulls back hair* ... unbelievable, ya? It's getting long enough (almost!) to put in a ponytail... the bangs are getting irritating, but I'm fine with that as long as I have a straightener. I'm hoping sometime within the next 1 or 2 years I get contacts so my hair doesn't have to go around my glasses... but then again... I dunno. =/

... I got my SADD shirt yesterday. I took a chance and ordered a size smaller than usual, and know what? IT FITS!! whee *proud*

guess I'd better do somethin' then... thanks for your (suffering) time, readers. xP
