I have 2 younger sisters, Amanda 22, Amelia 19. Amelia has been dating a guy named Mike for several about 8 months now, he seemd goodat first but then I caught him in a few lis, then I caught hime manipulating her, and I saw her pysically hurt her once. I kept telling her to break up with him but Me bing the big sister had no say.

Then a few weeks ago she finally broke up with him on a Thursday night. He refued to leave our apartment for about 5 hours till he finaly gave up.

On Friday Amelia went out with soe freinds and got drunk and kissed another guy (she bing single now not really in the worng) by 6am that moring she still wan't home so I called her frind, and she daid she had left Amelia at a friends house. a few misn latter Mike called asking if Amelia was hoe saying they had another fight and she had left, I said no. He said ok I will go find her. He called telling me he saw her having Sex with another man (for the record that is a lie) and that he as comming over to get his stuff and he would tell me where she was. Wel he came over and went upsatirs t her room, Amanda and I thought he would be right down, stupid us we herd some banging sand yelled at him to get the F**K down here or we would call the police (amila isn't here remember), we ran up the saits to fin him trashing her room, and then he saw us got mad caled down just a lillt and we found his stuff for him and he stared walking down the stairs but paused long enough to threo a pumkin in our stair well wall celing. He tried to leave with out telling us where amlia was but he fianly yelled it quick, thank goodnes I was able to member.
We didn't know what house she was in but guessed, we found her crying iside and fater a while and apysical fight Amanda got her keys and dorver her home (she was to hustarical to die and refued to give the keys over) Also at the house we found that Mike had gotten in a fight wit the guy Amelia was talking to. abd gave hima blood nose. I told him to call the poice about it. But he didn't.

On Tuesday night Amelia went to Mikes to see a friend of hers that was visiting him. My mom wanted to talk to her about school and called Mike's phone but to no end from 4pm -9pm. Then mom called me and asked me to call, I did and no answe so at 930 about we went to Mikes to see if she was ok. She was, and we told her that Mom had een trying to call her and so had I. She said Mike's cell hadnever rang. I told her to listen to the messages for proff. After that amand said lets go, I was a bit reluctanft but agreed. As soon as we got home we got home we got a phone call from her friend that he was beating theF**K out ofhere and we need to go get her. We ran back to the car and drove there breaking several laws. We go there and he was on top of her on the concret rad. Her purse spread and it's contents spread out on the lawn and concreet. Amanda ran after him I went to Amlia. She wanted to be left alone so I picked yup her perse stuff and let amanda who came back confort her. We decided to call the poice and press charges but first we wanted to take Ameli away from more harm so amanda escorded her to the car and I went to Amiela's car. Her frind tried to tell her not to break up with him over it, but she had already dumped him. (What world does that poor gitl live on, does her bf beat her?) Fer friends's (same girl above) boyfrind came to me and said "Don't call the poice." I said "I will this is has to end he has been a threat recently and I would be crazy not to." He replied "If you do we will make it mutyal assult" I said "whatever" got in the car and left. When I got home Amanda and Amila were not there. I told the nihbor quicly what happened so she could be on guard and would know if she saw plice showing up. When I got in my apt Imy parent's called, I filled them in and they decided to come up. (They living 3 hours away) My mom also informed me for amanda (amanda had caled her) that she took amila to a local fire staion and the police would be there soon. Amanda came to get me with amila still there and the plice came. She took pictures and then we led ther to where he lived ad left. (by the way te firemenn were very helpful and wonderfull..!!! 3 of them knew amelia from when we called the 911 when she had namoia and couldn't breath several months ealier)

Latter that night the poce womean called us and said thet the 3 withesses contradicted mine, amand'a and Amial's story. This of course upset us because the plice woman could now do nothing. She went on to say that he had pressed charges.

Amlia wanted to drop the charges for fear of bing arested but after taliking to my parents and the police woman again we decided with her that we should leave the charges and let them be sent to the State DA for a dession. the reasons bing: 1. we know he has had charges pressed against him before and that the DA can look into them where the police can not. 2. They will also look at the situations before thenight in question..

:deep breath: Now we have to wait for and asswer, and pray the truth wins out here. I am worried, Mike is stil trying to contact her... Please pray for our safty as weel as hers, and for her to find wisdome..
