Tina was still too afraid to leave the house after what Zee and Zapook had done to her, but was now wandering within the halls, going about her daily business. Zapook and Zee had gone out shopping, which to Tina's surprise, was taking a lot longer than she had thought. Aussa was already getting herself together for Halloween as well, this time starting out with making costumes for the smaller members of the house that wished to participate. All except Koopling, that is, who claims she will get an outfit herself.
As usual, Zee had two plans at once, and planned two different sets of costumes this year. Tina was informed of one before Zee and Zapook left, but was not told of the other yet. She was sitting down in her room now, getting ready to put together a blonde wig for her outfit, when her ears began to twitch, the sound of someone skipping and humming coming from further down the hall. Thinking Aussa was happily at work with her own little project, Tina peeked out to check on the smaller cat girl, only to find Pepper happily making her way down the hall. Tina only watched in confusion as the unusually happy Pepper skipped pass the room.

"Um...Pepper?" She calls out with a concerned tone, "Is everything all right with you?"

Pepper happily spun around, grinning at Tina, "Of course it is! Halloween's coming out! Free candy! and Costumes! How can I not be happy?"

"...Um..Dear...you usually are not happy..."

"I know I know," Pepper says, waving as she approaches Tina, "But I love Halloween! Are you guys going to dress up?"

Tina smiles, nodding, "We usually do, love. In fact, we tend to have our own little outtings come Halloween night."

"You guys do schemes too? You cats are cooler than I thought! Lemme come with you this year!"

"Um...Are you sure?" Tina said with a smile, "I am always happy to have another join in our shenanigans, sweety! Wait until my sister comes back! I'll let her know! and you, hun, can plan on what you want to mascaraed as for my next shopping trip."

Pepper eagerly squealed, clapping, before skipping off again. Seeing her that happy only made Tina smile warmly at the skipping child before she disappeared down the hall.
