yaaaay! I am rather very happy now... >.< many reasons:
1- PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY ONLINE TODAY!!!
2- my piano lesson was successful (details later... =P)
3- I'm listening to Disturbia after listening to a song new on my playlist called 16th avenue
4- my crush is freakin' on national television... xD
5- the weather is beautiful!
whee so yesh... now I'm just screwin' around on the compy before i write my english essay... and I'm working on math when the computer freezes up... have to do art still...
oh and the correct term for what my parents are considering is a "dairy dispersal." the auctioneer came over the other day... we'd get rid of all of the cows before winter so we wouldn't have to heat the barn... dammit thats putting a damper on my good mood...
aaaaaaaaand in other news... hmm... oh yeah! the piano thinger. Well dad and I left for willmar at 10:30 (thankfully early), almost went to the old Whitney Music so we had to turn around (hey at least we didn't end up in montevideo... xD) then once we got to the right one, I just kinda wandered around until this one creepy dude with khaki shorts and beady eyes walks up to me and asks, "You're looking for Phil, right?" I nod, and he says thats him. at this point I'm like, Ooooook? but whatever... x] so then him and dad and I went into his practice room (very interesting decor...) and then I showed him his music (I had 3 lorie line books with... quite ironically he hates her work. xD) and he had me play 2 pieces. I did Lips of an Angel (by hinder... ninja ) and The Ash Grove by Lorie Line, which is the piece I almost went to state with with... =P so then after that he decided how far I was (he said I was beyond the point of method books... SHWEETNESS NO MORE SCHAUM!!! whee ) and he picked out 2 books for me to start on. they're freakin' hard... but lol at least one of the 2 pieces he's starting me out on is Let it Be by the Beatles. cool then before it was even started it was done, and I found dad enjoying himself in the beautifully decorated coffee shop next door. then we headed to Rice to eat lunch with mom (said hi to Brenda J- lol she knew what I wanted before I even got to the counter... sausage pizza. cool ) and now we're back home! :3
sooo now I have some other stuff to get caught up on.... so I'd best get going...
