As you know, or maybe you dont but i havent been on in about 2 weeks and its cause i sprain my wrist, which was my 9 year old brothers fault.
we were at a suprise party for my moms freind mom and they had sings there, so i was on the swing and my brother got mad at me for something i dont remeber and hit me with a plastic bat hardly.
so i got of the swing super fast, well tried, but my wrist got tangled in the rope and i tried to keep running thinking it would come off (stupid right) but it didnt so i let it drag me back after about a minute and just fell on the ground.
i couldnt move that wrist and when someone made it move it hurt like hell, luckily my moms freind was a docter assistent so she looksed at it said it was sprain, got me ice and a brace and i was good, and its better not, a little swolen on part of the arm but wrist is better

Okay, so one day when i was in Georgia on a trip i noticed my knee started hurting REALLY bad. It was my right knee, by the way. Well anyways, i get home and it still hurts pretty bad when i move around a lot. Well i didn't think anything of it and then i had a volleyball scrimmage tourney thing and my knee started killing me!! I couldn't move and i started crying. It hurt so dang bad. =[ So i had to go to the doctor and he said it was strained. So my nana got me a brace and i wore it until my right knee stopped hurting completely. But my left knee has always kind of hurt. Well now it hurts just as bad as my right one. xP And i had a vball quad match today!! Luckily it started hurting really bad AFTER the match. XD But now i have my old brace on and i pray to God it stops hurting. xP
