The Dollmaker Rozen is the Millenium Earl. The Millenium Earl is the Dollmaker Rozen.
My proof is volume five, in which Rozen is refered to as "Count Germain." The Millenium Earl is, in a sidenote, refered to as "The Alchemist Who Wandered Time." In a Wikkipedia article, "The Alchemist Who Wandered Time" is refered to as the "Count of St. Germain." All are one. All are the same.
Are the dolls akuma? Are their mediums like the human skins worn by the Earl's loathsome servants? They all run on clockwork. They all get in fight scenes. You be the judge.
