Takara sits at the bar, sipping on her drink. She looks around the room, thinking whether to feed on a human or feed on her usual dinner; animals. She never liked feeding on humans, but sometimes it was hard for her to control her hunger and sometimes attacked humans. She would rather save humans, lot of humans were her friends. She sighed and faced back to the bar. A few guys had come over to her the time she was there but denied them the dance they asked for, or the drink they offered to buy her. She was just not in the mood. She wore glasses to hide her dark eyes, hiding her hunger in them.

Shadow joined the young maiden at the bar looking around ordering a blood drink on the rocks he looked down at his glass as it came he took a sip from it. His fangs showed as he gave a soft growl at the man that sat next to him he was warning the man to not sit there. Shadow looked up and rubbed his black long hair, his blue eyes turned dark red, his nails racked across the bar counter.

She looked from the corner of her eyes, watching the man. When she saw the blood drink he had ordered she quickly got up and walked to the other side of the bar. She didn't want to be tempted with the blood. She sat down in a booth, sipping on her drink. Some humans had walked by, she could feel her fangs grow. She shook her head and ignored the people. She could feel her fangs go back to normal. She looked around the bar to see a mixture of humans and vampires and other creatures. She often saw some humans being dragged off, most likely to be fed off of.

Shadow saw the lady move and smiled to him self he got up and walked back to where she was "whats the matter? not into blood?" he asked as he looked at her. He sat at the booth looking at her up and down.

She sat there trying to ignore the man. She could smell the blood. She held her breath so she couldn't breath in the smell of the blood. "Not the same kind that you do. Now if you don't mind, please leave or get rid of the blood."

Shadow looked around "I have no more blood..." Shadow turned around "buddy get rid of that drink." he growled making the guy get up and walk away shadow turned back around "right now then what are you doing here so alone?" he asked as he watched the vampires take humans on the dance floor.

She sat there for a few moments, wondering if this man was alright to talk to. "I just come here to relax. But it doesn't seem to helping me today." She looked around the bar, seeing a vampire walking a girl outside. Nasty. She thought to herself.

Shadow nodded "yes...but this is not a good place...how about I show you a new place?" he asked as he watched her "and not my house..." he said with a smirk

She smirked along with him. "Oh darn." She said sarcastically. She stood up. "Just let me freshen up a bit." She said as she walked to the bathroom.

Shadow nodded as he stood up walking over to the door waiting for her to finish he looked around as vampires bumped pass him giving them a glare he jumped at them and they scattered away he laughed evilly and showed his fangs to people.

She walked out of the bathroom and over to the man and out the door waiting for him outside. She saw people running but didn't think anything of it.

Shadow laughed to him self as he walked out with her "that's funny...names shadow" he smiled as he started walking down the street. "you got a name?" he asked as he looked around the night was cold and still.

"Of course I do." She said while walking. "I just don't know if I'm going to tell you yet or not." She said with a smirk.

Shadow smiled "aww come now...I'm not that bad am I?" he asked as looked around pulling her across an alley and back on the street. "were almost there..." he pointed to a large castle "thats my place" he smiled

She looked at it with a raised eyebrow then at Shadow. "I thought you said you weren't going to take me to your place?"

Shadow glanced at her "my place is on the other side of town you can just see it from here..." he said as he pointed to a small lake surrounded by tree "this is the place I come to always to think...or just be away from other vampires other then you" he smirked

"Ha ha." She fake laughed. She walked over to the lake and sat down. "Wow, it's really nice here." She whispers to herself. She sits closer to the water and runs her fingers along the water.

Shadow stood next to her looking around as he sighed and walked around "so can I have a name now? so I don't stoop down to calling you girl?" he asked as he looked around the lake.

She smirked. "It's Takara." She said still running her fingers on top of the water. She saw the reflection of the moon in the water and looked up at the moon.

Shadow smiled "well well nice name you have" he said sitting down he touched the water making it shine blue as he closed his eyes.

"Eh, A name is a name. Mine just happens to be boring." She chuckled. Still staring at the moon she lays down on the grass and closes her eyes and sighs.

Shadow smirked "mines happens to be who I am..." he said as he looked at her "shadow...my name rings a bell around the city and I scare humans for fun." he laughed out looking in the lake

She frowned. "You know, it's not very nice to scare humans. There like we are, cept a few things. That's why I don't feed off of them." She said. She sat up and wrapped her arms around her legs.

"I know...but I also scare the vampires that try and feed on them I my self feed on rats or bird I really like the dove birds" he said with a smirk "but the humans there blood has a bit too much iron for me it makes it taste like I'm drinking liquid metal" he said with a laugh.

She chuckled. "Birds are small, that's why I prefer to feed off of deer or bears, or something like that. It's fun to chase and fight them." She said with a smirk.

Shadow smirked "ohhh your bad" he said with a laugh "I like it...but ya I never fed off the big ones I just don't know where to look" he sighed

"Well, normally forest animals live in the forest. So I'm sure if you check there you will find some." She said sarcastically with a smirk.

"never bothered to look ether I fed off other vampires or just the small animals" he said as he looked at her

She opened up her eyes as she felt his eyes on her. She no looked closely at him. He was very handsom, more handsom than a normal vampire. She had a slight blush on her cheeks when she realized what she had thought. She looked away to try to hide the blush.

Shadow looked back at the sky and sighed "what do you say we hunt? I have a blood lust I can't get rid of" he said as he got up

She held out her hand, "Help me up?" She said with a smirk. She knew she could get up easily, but wanted to see what he would do when he was touching her.

Shadow nodded and took her hand pulling her into his chest "there..." he smirked and let go of her backing up a bit

She blushed when he pulled her to his chest. When he let her go she brushed herself off. "Thank you." She said looking away, trying to hide her blush.

Shadow nodded "no problem..." he said starting to walk looking at her out the corner of his eye with a smile

She walked beside him with her hands behind her back, and her sences hightened, looking for an animal too feed on.

Shadow say a deer and walked over to it the animal unable to see his movements he took the door biting into it and holding it "care for a drink?" he asked

She looked at the deer, her fangs starting to grow. "Sorry, but I like to get my own food." Her head spun in a direction where she heard a deer. She started to walk over to it, but it heard so it started to run. She smiled and chased after it, catching it in just a few seconds. She bit down into its neck, drinking quickly.

Shadow nodded and drank the rest of the deer walking up to her as she fed "you are so sweet..." he smiled

She drank her deer dry, having not eaten in a few months. She whiped off her mouth then looked up at Shadow. "What do you mean?" She asked confused.

Shadow noticed what he said and blushed "did I say that out loud?" he asked her as he looked around dropping his deer and walking over to her.

She blushed and nodded. "Yea. You were probably talking about the deer though, I just noticed that. Sorry I bothered your feeding."

"don't worry about it...." he smiled as he looked into her eyes "I think I was talking about you sweetness" he smirked.

Her blush got deeper and she looked away. She had never been called anything like that before and has never been treated like she's being treated now.

Shadow smiled "its ok...come on lets walk around" he said as he started to walk stopping to look back at her.

She nodded, still blushing, and started to follow him. She walked with her hands folded behind her back. When she walked, she looked down at her feet or the ground infront if her.

Shadow grinned "are you shy around me?" he asked as he watched her from the corner of his eye.

Her blush darkened. "I'm usually shy around people."

"aww come on you don't have to be shy around me I'll be a nice boy" he laughed a bit as he looked at her

She nodded. "I'll try." She smiled up at him.

Shadow smiled and looked at her but when he put up his head he was tackled by another vampire. The vampire growled at him and showed his fangs shadow tried to kick him off his the vampire had a good hold on him.
