Shannon was in a panic when I woke up today. Seems his little sister (Emile, I've seen pictures. She's adorable) is about to turn thirteen and he forgot to get her a gift. I offered my assistance before I went to my first mission. So we ended up getting her this green clip. Thing is it's also a USB Flash Drive and a camera-so she can record her life. First I had to record Shannon's message of explanation though-he couldn't stop squirming.

Shannon finally sat down before speaking.
"Hey Emile. You're about to turn thirteen. It's going to big, your first year as a teenager and last year as a middle school student. I wish you the best of luck...this allows you to tape it. I hope you can figure it out better then I can, my friend Spryte-yeah I know I mentioned her in the letters-says she's including the instructions...good luck and Happy Birthday early. Oh, and don't let mom and dad get this-they'll make you wait for it."

It was a really beautiful video. Shannon's a great big brother, even from afar. We shipped it out Mognet and then we faced each other. I had to head out on a mission-Adam said there was a threat to our way of live. Shannon placed his hands on my shoulders and told me whatever happened when I went to Traverse Town, to use my common sense and follow my heart...and before running off he added that I had a beautiful heart.

Why couldn't he say that after the mission when I could tell him how I felt? So I'm off. The ship just arrived at Traverse Town. Off to find my target.
