The Wallflower or other wise known as, Yamato Nadeshiko Shishi Henge, or The Perfect Girl Evolution....whatever! scream too many titles!!!!
This anime is 25 episodes long, and it is also a manga.
The first time i heard about it was through manga. But i didn't bother checking it out because the art looked bizarr to me. Especially all of the character's lips >-< reminded me of how weird the lips looked in Initial D. So anyways that was loooong before i knew about the anime. When i saw the opening theme to the show i finally got interested to watch it. Because the song was really good >o< hehehe.
Yeah...so the story is ummm let me try and explain it. 4 guys are living in a big house that belongs to the landlady who they call "Oba-chan...or Oba-san....or Auntie xd " Whatever<_<. The 4 guys have to pay rent but they seem to not be able to do that i guess lol. So Oba-chan (this is what i call her) had them do a favor for her, if they suceed, they won't have to pay or, their rent get's reduced to half? Whatever, if they can't do it, their rent will be more then what they're paying for lol. The favor is to....................DRUMROLL!!!!! Make her niece, "Sunako-chan" into a lady or teach her how to be a lady lol. O_O tada!
Hmmm yeah lol. So you know, they know about women or something so they agree. BUT!!! PLOT TWIST!!!! Sunako-chan is a very different girl.......>_> She's weird/crazy/strange/scary/not so girly! Shocking? Not really lol. She has this complex of looking ugly. She thinks she is an ugly girl because the guy she had a crush on in middle school rejected her, and told her that he doesn't date ugly girlz. So she was hung up about this, which is why she acts the way she does in the show.
The 4 guys have their hands full trying to controll her and reason with her. It's really funny. All the situations they're in are hilarious ^_^. lol
CHARACTERS!

Sunako-chan: The "main character" kinda lol. She has long black hair, and she covers her face because she doesn't want anyone to see her, and she doesn't like the brightness lol. She's the type who like horror/gothic/scary/creepy stuff. She watces gorey movies with skeletons, monsters, blood, and killing lol. It's funny, cause she enjoys it so much she acts like the scary characters like walking freakishly and having a balck aura around her, obsession with knives and blood. She laughs the cutest way though. lol You mostly see her in a chibi form, and i guess everyine thinks she's scary in that form? i dun think so. It's rare to see her indeformed. She's real pretty that way too. Oh yeah, she also keeps these anatomy manequins. Hiroshi-kun, Akira-Kun, and Josephine. (She talks to them).lol
Kyouhei: The blonde haired guy. The tough one, the one who is pissed off and annoyed a lot. Especially about how Sunako acts. Apparently he was sexually harrassed a lot because of he gorgeous looks. And he hates that. He and the other guys get malled all the time by girls. it's annoying seeing that each episode. I think he likes Sunako-chan because she's different from those rapid fan girls and he only likes to eat her food (she's a good cook). I think they should be a couple.
Ranmaru: The red haired guy. The Playboy. He's the only one who doesn't seem to mind the girls and women going after him. I don't like him that much lol. neutral Cause he's a playboy, der! But his situations are funny too. When he talks, he's so dramatic like he's in a play lol. He's tallest too. Apparently later on, SPOILER ATTACK, Ranamaru finds out he has a fiance and he doesn't want one cause, he wants to ba playboy..yeah.
Takenaga: Black haired guy. HE'S MY FAVORITE! Ahem! He's the smart, conserved, quiet, calm and cool but he really knows how to make you feel bad lol. Like he'll say something that's rude to say when it's obvious and you shouldn't say it to that person! Yeah lol. Apparently, he get's a girlfriend stare named Noi-chi...whatever lol. And he's shy i guess in their relationship lol.
Yuki:The young-ish, small looking guy with blonde hair too. lol AWWW, isn't he adorable? NO!! scream lol, i like his character. Though he's the girliest looking one, and when they dress up, he ends up in women's costumes, he wants to be more manly. I admire that about him. He wants to be like Kyouhei, tough. but he's the one that cries the most. Especially around Sunako-chan. Too bad Yuki, maybe you'll go through puberty someday lololol.
Noi-chi: Another dazzling creature!!! NOT! lol This is Takenaga's girlfriend and also Sunako-chan's classmate. Unlike the other girls in their school that shun Sunako-chan, Noi wants to be friends with her. She's nice like that lol. Ambitious girl, she really wants to get into Takenaga's pants lol.
Oba-chan: Sunako's beautiful Aunt. They have a close relationship. Sunako once said she wanted to be just like her aunt. But come on, Oba-chan is cccccrrrraaaaazyyy!!!!!! She comes out of no where in these helocpters/planes/explosions. And talks in different languages. But elegant too.
Goth Loli's Girls: Nobody cares about those 4 lol. They're the most annoying characters in the show. They're also rapid fan girls that try and get with the 4 guys, but are some how foiled each time. And then they rub their middle finger with their index finger, and say, "GOTH GOTH, LOLI LOLI". O-O i think it's mean that they're making fun of the Lolita fashion by making it look like they're dumb. Oh well, those girls are lol.
In the end, it was a awesome anime. It's a comdey, but not so much romance. Still worth watching. ^_^ rofl
