(b) People these days have no taste evil evil evil evil
(c) Your book isn't in enough bookstores evil evil evil evil
(d) Your book SUCKS!!!! crying crying crying crying
Or.....
(e) Face it, you just suck at writing!!!! crying crying crying crying crying

Either one you choose, you need to find a better publisher or you need to improve on writing!
