Rants
VBS
Ugh, I have VBS this week. Vacation Bible School. I have to get up really early, earlier than I would have to for school. Every day (Mon. - Fri.), I go to my church and help watch a class of fifteen four year olds. Which is no problem, I watch three year olds every Wednesday night through the school year. For the summer, I watch school aged children (1st - 5th) who are taller than me... The stinkin' 4 year olds are almost taller than me. They come up to my shoulders...

Anyway... Since I'm kinda bored and rambling, I'll go through the kids I remember...

Liam: Adorable little thing. Curly red hair and blue eyes. Though the poor kid has this special kind of disease type stuff... Well, more like an digestive disorder, or that's how my mom described it. He can't have stuff with gluton in it, which is like... Wheat and stuff, from what I understand. So anything with flour in it, he can't have, because wheat is in flour. So he can't play with the play-dough, and he has to bring his own snack every day... So... Yeah.

Faith: ... Alright, I suppose. She has the habit of screaming at the other kids when they don't clean up when we tell them to. Or at least, she did today. ... I like her name, though I've seen it spelled Faythe some where else, and I like that spelling much better...

Mari: First time we had her. She didn't come yesterday, and I'm not quite sure why. She has a problem with paying attention and listening to us, but I think that's because she's hispanic and probably doesn't understand much english... I don't even think she talked the whole entire time.

Lauren: Blonde hair, blue eyes, and clinging to me like there's no tomorrow. Apparently I'm her buddy, because she keeps dragging me to go play with the baby dolls... And apparently I get the boy baby doll with the big head every time. Not that I mind, it's either that or the girl in pink clothing... Which is the only way they can tell the gender of the babies. Reminds me of the time on Wednesday nights with the three year olds, when they gave me a white baby and then a black baby and told me that they were my children, and were twins... *sighs* Odd times, odd times...

Abbey: ... Got nothing to really say. She's the younger sister of the other teen volunteer and usually sticks by her.

Jacob: Most likely to win the title of 'Worst Share-er and Listener in the World'. Because when I tell him to share, he doesn't listen. He also doesn't play attention and causes trouble in music class, which I'm proud to say that I participated in. And did all the stupid movements too. ^_^

Max: A sweet kid. He always comes in, clinging to his mom. XD He looks like he's going to be one of those jocks when he grows up... Not a snobby one though. Perhaps a nice one. I dunno. But yeah, he's nice, and listens for the most part.

Seth (Uh oh, my rambling senses are tingling): A flirt. He would like, pull on the collar of my shirt, and say "Kiss me!" over and over, and I would, of course, refuse. Then he would hug me and kiss my side. He actually bit me once, which I REALLY got onto him about... But the squirt, when not flirting with me, acts like the gayest kid ever! He skips around, singing opera and playing with the baby dolls... Either he's gender confused and thinks I'm a boy (which I already have had four kids at different times throughout the years act me if I was a boy or a girl), though I guess that can't be it because he does that to the other girl teenage volunteer in the room or just has a mental disease or something... Alright, maybe I'm being a bit too harsh. But if I don't get enough sleep like I have been doing, I might "accidentally" punch the kid... Though I have to admit, I LOVE his eyes. They're like a silverly, grayish blue.

Ethan: Another freakin' adorable kid. Blonde hair, blue eyes, and a bit smaller than the rest of the kids. He doesn't talk much, but he'll just look up at you with the most adorable blank look I've ever seen. XD

Luke: Another blonde hair and blue eyes. He's a bit bigger than Ethan, and doesn't talk much either. He has a slight problem with listening, but not as much as some of the others...

Ashley: Another one I'm not quite sure what to say about. She's nice from what I can tell.

Victoria: Spittin' image of me! ... Okay, maybe not. She does have short brunette hair in a way that I had it had her age, but of course, she's much taller than I was then... She's also nice...

Jake: Didn't come today. He did have a slight listening problem when it comes to things we tell him to do, but other than that, he was a good kid.

Spencer: A slight trouble maker, but overall I nice kid... I suppose...

And.... And.... And... UGH! I can't remember the rest of their names... Can't believe it. Of course, I've only none them for two days, so... As soon as I remember the other's name, I'll write them up there. So... Yeah.

Oh, and I really do enjoy VBS. Sorry if my ranting lead you to believe otherwise. We actually have a Hawaiian theme this year.

Heh... That is absolutely adorable XD I'm sure it's a blast doing that.

Heh, from the way you described Seth, I was just sitting there going "Awww" Over and over XD I couldn't help myself... Same with Ethan.

Yeah, Ethan is adorable.

And Seth... Well, I wouldn't go "Aww..." Unless it was about his eyes... He got in trouble for biting the other teenage volunteer and me. Though my mom said I should've told her the first time he did it, which was the first day...

And I remembered the ones I forgot up there, then we also gained two more since I wrote that.
