VBS was very interesting. Me and some other kids (like Karen, Vanessa, Austin, Caleb, and some other girls...) had to act in a skit. I was supposed to be an angry pharisee but Caleb kept cracking Karen up and Karen kept cracking me up. sweatdrop and then after we were done with the last skit (btw I accidentally erased part of a tape... no harm done though, thankfully!!) we all went into this one room that was absolutely plastered with those glow-in-the-dark stars. we sat in the dark for a time there, and then we left. and then we're here. I was supposed to have had BTW tomorrow, but Trulock has a doc appt. tomorrow so it was moved to Wednesday. That makes... what, the 3rd time my coloring has been rescheduled? xD I wonder if I should even still get them at this rate... wink
yup... I suppose I could go into details on what my sis and her friend are fighting about, but it would be a lost cause... eventually it'll sort itself out, hopefully. I'm actually a bit bummed out about that whole matter... what is happening between those two just very recently happened between their older sisters... hopefully that's over for good... I hate it when age-old friendships just kinda wither away in the blink of an eye.... oh once I heard a quote that I thought was kinda interesting: Men treat friendships like they're footballs and they last no matter how tough it gets, and women treat friendships like glass and they shatter in the blink of an eye. oh well...
speaking of shattering and wilting, the irises are blooming!!!! 4laugh lol this is actually the first year that I've noticed we grow irises (these are like 5+ year flowers...) because of Spiral. Its so awesome!! but they only last like a day... I'm thinking tomorrow since BTW was cancelled, I'm gonna cut one and put it in the house and see how long it lasts... I wonder how the Narumi household got the money enough to buy an iris everyday (week, maybe?) even when they aren't in season... *shrugs* biggrin lol. I wonder what Kiyotaka does on the side, then (besides plotting everyone's fate...) xD
oh and I think I'm gonna give up getting the book into Gaia. Photobucket wasn't cooperating with me when I tried to upload the most recent pages, so I'm thinking I saved them as the wrong type of file... too lazy to try and scan them again... probably wrecking the book, too...
and On-Ogour (one of my good friends here on Gaia) started a guild and I was invited! I joined, of course, because animation is something that I would really like to learn how to do properly... lol all that fun technology stuff intrigues me to no end... teach me how to do it, and I'll hold you in the highest regard until the end of my days. cool
so yeah... lol and just very random now is that tonight I bought this razor-less shaving kit (Nair, I believe...) for sensitive skin just to try it out... Taylor said that she had used it and it worked wonders... what got me thinking about that is that even just shaving today made my legs hurt like crap, and they still hurt now, actually... lol I have like really sensitive skin... I burn outside in less than 15 minutes, and basically I have 0 (ok maybe like .00928 razz ) melanin so I don't tan... lucky Indian child-sister I have is very brown compared to me... xD but, on the plus side, I do have the slightest tan on my forearms... lol but compared to everyone else its still pale. =]
ok so very random-ish tonight... brrr I'm cold for some reason... hopefully the weather will be nicer this coming week. It was total crap last week (flooding in Iowa (my mom looked up pics of Iowa City flooding and showed us where she had been for a meeting...) and the tornadic weather we had here...) so I'm thinking it should level out sometime.. razz who knows.
so I guess thats it for now... lol I just made up a meaningless little rhyming- poem thingy... maybe it has a meaning? See if if means anything to you... I'm still trying to figure out what it means... razz
