this darkness around me
i just can't escape
it's suffocating me
stifling my breath
smothering my hopes
crushing all my dreams
killing me slowly
from the inside out
there's a flash of light
a sliver of hope
fading away quickly
i can't run away
it won't let me go
won't let me breathe
i'm fading away
into this eternal darkness
such misery
it surrounds me
it's inevitable
i'm fading with the light
dieing from the darkness
that consumes me
slowly and painfully
taking my sanity
taking what is human in me
leaving no remains...
