So, decided to take up walking as one part of my exercise program.. the other part being a heavy bag for an upper body workout as well.
Been walking down the road in front of my house and back.. increasing the distance a little each time. Almost up to 2 miles in a 30 minute period.
Problem is, I have cheap sneakers and my feet and legs are telling me that when I finish my walks. Looks like I need to save up and get a pair of Walking shoes so I don't kill my legs trying to loose weight mrgreen
Down 7lbs sofar though biggrin
