2. What kinds of condiments do you add to food in order to spice things up a bit? Wasabi to soy sauce and tuna. Vinegar to ramen. Hot sauce to lots of stuff, egg with hot sauce is great! Pepper to just about anything!
3. Not counting salt and pepper, what’s your favorite flavor enhancer when cooking? Vinegar. So versatile and comes in so many flavors!
4. What’s the spiciest food you’ve ever eaten? I don't know. Too much wasbai? But that mainly an accident...
5. In what way might some other aspect of your daily life be spiced up, and what’s keeping that from happening right now? I need a hair cut, that could be pretty spicy! Ummm... an unreasonable fear of haircuts is probably what's keeping that from happening...
