Today was May 1, so a school walkout to support immigration legalization rights.
The first wave, which I was in, walked out at 8:30, and marched down to the adjacent street from the school.
The second wave joined us about 40 mins later and we marched down to downtown, where the fountains are to rally.

And it was so beautiful for almost all of today.
After the protest, since you couldn't go back to school on pain of suspension (like we wanted to...xp), me and my homes P, Hannah, and Derek went off to chill in Barnes and Nobles, with Jon and Joel before they went to Slater's for something to do with SDS...i think...(students for a democractic society. vv liberal. coolest group EVER >> wink
Anyway, after Jon and Joel left, we sat in the cafe, and then Derek left too, and then we sat and talked about girl stuff. P got her first hickey =D So proud.
We went down to Target with intention of buying Doritos and fake Oreos to eat while walking to meet up with Jon and Joel, but they called us, saying we should go to Famiglia's for pizza.
We did, and burned our tongues =3
Hah, and Jon stole a bite of Joel's pizza.
After, we walked up to Jon's house, where we chilled in his beautiful backyard behind his beautiful house, where we saw his absolutely chill parents flit in and out. He made some calls to organize the "Climate Confluence", I think, where a bunch of people are going to gather together in the Northeast area, and move to make ways to "go green" and keep it that way.
It was soo nice. We sat in the grass under the sun, and basked, while Joel freaked out over bees, and ran around everywhere. x]
After a while, we had to go soon, because my mum thought I was coming home on the 2oclock bus, so we went inside, and Jon gave us apple cider, and Joel, Tylenol xD, and we watched these hilarious videos where our past SDS teacher advisor punched a member of the KKK.
HAH.
And then laughed at this website, "godhatesfags.com" where they are legit serious about anti-gays because god 'hates' them etc and they think Bush is a "f** pimp.
Hahaa.
Yea, so then we split ways, Jon, P, and Joel going downtown back home, though Jon was going to accompany, then bike to Pleasantville, while Hannah and I walked through the neighborhood home. I live, like, not even two blocks from Jon's house, so I made my goodbyes to Hannah, and slipped into my house, and went to sleep watching "Rocko's Modern World".
