"The what?" splutered Gochii, for in the most recent of her returning memories, she had seen immages of a great dragon, dweling in a vast sea of light... a name? No, no name, but standing before the all powerfull being, in the plain of telepathy, looking up to what must be miles away, was almost more than she could bear. Even more so were the cretures eyes. The gaze cought and held Gochii almost savigly, as if to threten. But as she met the cold cruel stair, it softened, perhaps sencing some courage, worthy of recognition. The immages flooded back to her then as if the godly figrue was trying to tell her something, faces, feelings, the dampness of tears, but never any names. She glanced back to Suzkay then, startled to find his eyes silver and penitrating, he was seeing her thoughts as she herself had. She became angered then, who was he to prod into her mind? Sencing this last thought, Suzkay withdrew, his eyes lightened and reverted back to his electrifying blue. "I'm sorry." He said, "But when you lack the necessary mind control, you're thoughts are as loud to me as if you were screaming them out loud. I do not mean to pry. Gochii glared in silence, concentraing in her mind an immage of her pet fish. "Well if I'm so bad then why dont' you tell me how to block you?" she said, trying and failing to keep the anger in her voice from escaping. Suzkay appered hurt at this, "f you wanted to learn you could have just said so." he muttered in a slightly childish voice. "Here, let me show you." Gently he placed the palms of his hands agnst the sides of her head, resting the tips of his fingers near the back of her neck. Withen moments Gochii could feel the presure of something evading her mind, and without thinking about it, she singled it out and faught it back, then another pressence came, and another, then another. Closing her eyes, she concentrated. Sevral moments passed, she faught off hundreds of things... back and forth back and forth, untill she constructed a wall. Weak at first it was destroyed countless times. But eventually it began to withstand. Stronger and stronger it got, untill she no longer had to rebuild, or increas, enlarge or streighen. She had constructed a mind shild of sorts. Satisfyed Suzkay removed his now slightly damp hands from her. "That was excelant!" he siad, exaustion showing in every sylabull of his words. Looking out, gochii saw that it was darker now, near dusk. "Yes, we should head back to the fortress, even I am not authorised to be out at nights." Alarmed, she looked at the male, and catching her glance he shook his head, I can no longer read you're thoughts, but now you should work on you're facial features, " He chuckeled, "they say just as much."
