Suicide

Have you ever thought of suicide
I can tell you now I have
Its always on my mind

I need release from this pain
And cutting it away
doesn’t last all that long

Sure it numbs it for awhile
But when it comes back
It knocks me off my feet

I need a long time solution
Not a short term fix
Something that can take the pain
And never bring it back

Sometimes I wonder
If all of this pain
I’m going through
Is worth it in the end

If anyone would notice or
If anyone would care
If I end all tonight

I need you to tell me
That you care
That you would notice
If I was no longer here

I need to know that
Life’s worth living
Before its late
And I end it all

Are you up for the test
Of bringing me back
From the darkness
I find myself in

Or will you just
Let me fall
Like all the rest before
