I realize that I am a pack rat, in both online things and real life. I save so many things, with the thought of, "I might use this." Might. I rarely do and I can't ever find anything because I have so much junk around. I have all kinds of things people have given me, some of which I don't remember who, when or why I got them. Here on Gaia I save things too. I have over 800 crumpled pieces of green construction paper... Why do I keep saving it? I don't want to sell it, or trade it in, I was to keep getting it. Same way with inks, fish, or anything else. I don't trade them in, I just keep collecting like there is some reward for having the most junk. When it comes to clothing I save things that I will never wear too. I had to buy all the new starter clothing, even though I haven't even tried some of them on.

I wonder what makes us cling to and hang on to things. I have always been a collector of things, but that might just be a mask for being a pack rat.
