Cars and pearls
All false satisfaction,
All a false need,
We all falsely state we need them,
Another brand to add to our collection,
Hoping that space will fill up,
It does only to open up again,
How many will it take?
How much will it cost to give us brief pleasure?
These questions pass in our heads,
Only to be blinded with a quick reassurance,
Sure we smile for a bit,
But that smile fades away,
Knowing whos smiling back at me,
Feeling the emptyiness again,
It remains a want mistaken for a need,
What I need is none of thoses,
What I need cannot be bought,
Or has been branded in a factory,
I need emotions and thoughts,
I need smiles and frowns,
I need happiness and anger,
I need someone,
I need a companion,
To share thoses with with her,
Without her,
Anything else is just a want,
A filler to this emptyiness,
That only a need will fill,
I need her.
