Today went pretty well. =) In the morning, I got there at 8, more or less as usual. And I went to my locker, and then to the cafeteria, where I did my English homework. ^^ Well, actually I did like one and a half questions and then I copied the rest off of Amy. xD Hehe, first period was pretty funny. xD I was trying to get Christie to adopt me, so we could be step sisters, just so I could get money for Chinese New Years lolz. Which is tomorrow by the way. ^^ Not that it matters to me lol, a poor poor NOT Chinese person. *sniff sniff*
Second period was okay. We didn't have enough time to do the letter reading thingy, so she said we would get to it tomorrow. I'm glad she didn't skip it becasue I really wanted to do it. ^^ It was pretty fun. xD So, today we just had to write bad paragraphs. Then, we had to edit other people's. It was okayish. She called on me answer one question in all this time lol. Woo! My first time answering a question in Writing Seminar! Hehe, that's a big thing for someone with a zero percent aprticipation rate! 0_o Psych! Lolz.
Math was fun of course. Because Mr. Eng was absent. ^^ So I was just talking with Amy and Jenny. Jenny was reading LOTR, and Amy was trying to do the math work Mr. Eng left us in the auditorium. xD And I left it all for home of course, so I was just bugging Amy. Lol it was funny because Amy gave me a rice crispie, since I'm her pet, and then she wouldn't gimme another, so I started fake crying. xD And it looked pretty real. xD Except for the part where I was smiling. xD Hehe, really I am her pet, read my hand! *Irene is Amy's pet, ok?* She wrote that lol...the things people write on their pets' paws. xD
Lunch was okay. Not quite so awesome. I went to the library and I was just talking with Michelle and Fariha most of the time. I have no idea where Lindah was. She might have been absent becasue it's New Year's Eve, though I'm not sure. Anyway, after ate all of Fariha's M&Ms, I went to the computers to see if there were any ohter classes I wanted to apply to. I couldn't find any description for Honors Trig, though I'm not sure I could get in anyway. So, I took Sophomore Research. I'm not sure if I should apply though. There's a good chance I'll end up rejecting it if I get in because I doubt I can be devoted enough for a class like that. I mean really, I have to work on a project for 3 years, including summers, and then go for intel and other competitions and stuff when I'm a senior??? But I suppose it's still worth a try. Who knows, I may get something out of it. ^^
Latin was pretty fun. Lolz, I was almost alone because Anatoley had to sit in the front to see today, but Sharlene was sitting with me instead. xD Haha, it's so funny, she really gets easily distracted. xD And she almost fell asleep, but I jabbed her with my pencil. xD Anyway, we learned about the ablative case today. I really am getting a very good understanding of this stuff. I luv Latin! ^^ Also, Sharlene wants to take Japanese 1 too next year. ^^ But she wants to drop Latin, not do both like me. xD
Then along came Biology. Not my most wonderful class of the day, but a nice one. =) Vicky was absent today, so me and Anna were both alone. xD Haha, she filled Vicky's space with her bag though. xD Today we learned about a couple of indicators for finding out if air or oxygenated or not. It was okay. Though, I have a feeling my brain will go numb tomorrow when we actually ahve to do the lab. xD
After that was Gym. Gym was pretty fun. ^^ First we got called up to take an eye test in the nurse's office, which was easy because I didn't have to take off my glasses. ^^ After that, me Rahima and Abby went back to Gym, and they we were supposed to be playing basketball. So we went to play with Carolina and a few other people and Nicole too. Unfortunately, the pajority of us suck at basketball, so we ended up just taking turns with free throws. Hehe, it was funny cuz Abby couldn't catch the ball or throw it, so Mr. Nations made me do an exercise with her to help her. We were just passing/chest passing/bouncing/throwing the ball back and forth at a further distance each time. Lol, doing something so simple made me feel like less of a loser. xD Lolz, Abby didn't really want to aim, so she was just like, "why can't I just throw it in her face?" lolz. So that was pretty fun. ^^
Then after Gym was good old History. It was rather boring. We just watched a powerpoint, and a funny thing just so happened to happen. xD Mr. McManamon pulled on the thingy that the computer or overhead or whatever projects on, and he ended up breaing it off of the left side. xD Seniel (or however u spell his name) was trying to help him put it back up, but that didn't go so well. xD So he just gave us free time to talk. ^^ By the way, we were learning about Catholic and Gothic churches, and how the Renaissance people said bad things about medieval art. So, anyway, I was just talking to Solomon. =) She had a pretty outfit today. In red. ^^ For some reason she thinks that the only reason Rizalin (dont know how to spell her name either xD) talks to her or ever actually walks over to her desk to talk to her is if Tudor is there. Which, I find a bit unbelievable, but it may be true. I don't want to go into it really so whatever. It was really sunny out...hehe. Okay, so next was English! ^^
I knew Ms. McGuigan was absent because Christie told me in the morning, so I just went to the auditorium. ^^ And there, I was sitting with the same old people: (left to right) Anika, Caitlin, me, Michael, and Lina. Oladoying was sitting there for a while, but after she went to give in her English application with Anika, she just went to where Sharmela was somewhere else. I told Michael to call Teresa too, so she would sit with us. =) I like getting to nkow new people. ^^ So, I was just bugging Caitlin as usual, and taling to Anika and Teresa, and then I asked Michael if he wanted to play a hand clapping game, and he had another idea for a game that him and Caitlin had playid in SING. ^^ It was really fun. =) It was this game where each person says one word to a story and keeps going. =) We had some crazy things going there. Let's just say there some stuff about, Prince Caspian and Aslan, and dogs that can't have puppies, and the land of blue elves, and a lot more lolz. I was like cracking up throughout the whole thing. xD Oh, we also had work to do, but I just figured I'd do it first period, or at home. ^^ So eventually, ninth period ended. So me and Anika and Teresa went to room 135, where they put their assignments in Ms. McGuigan's mailbox. And then me and Teresa went to my locker, and then to the bus stop, where we got on the bus. xD Oladoyin and Sharmela were there too. =) But bus rides are usually quiet for me. ^^
It was kind of cold out. Anyway, I didn't feel like going to Dynamo today. So I just went home with Emran, and here I am. ^^ I wonder what I should do now lolz...it's between reading that book I got from Barnes and Nobles with the green dragon on the cover, reading Tenshi Ja Nai, which I also bought there, reading Zombie Loan, which is another thing I bought there, and eating my hotdogs. ^^
Okay.
So.
TIME TO GOT WAT HOTDOGS. =)
