"Before we start the testing,"
"Mr. Paine would like to meet you."
...
"Welcome to my mansion. Randol, Cornelius, leave us. Now I don't know what they told you but the real reason you are here is because I know who you are."
"Well last I checked My name was public information."
"Not your name. I know that you three are the next generation of Watchers."
...
"It was nice meeting you. Say hello to your brother for me Derrel."
Derrel quickly turned around, ran full speed and was caught by security less then a feet from Paine.
"You do anything to my brother I will kill you myself."
"Sure you will, just like my team...Well you know. Escort our guest out."
The gaurds escorted the group out of the mansion. Terri moves to Derrel, who is still upset, and cuddles closely
"Derrel you alright?"
"I'm fine, just a bit angry."
"Wanna talk about it?"
"No I don't. Let's go home. I feel like haveing pizza."
"Pizza! Now we're talking."
Derrel and Daniel are trying to get a taxi while Terri rest on a nearby bench.
"Derrel, why won't you talk to me? I just wanna help."
Now your kinda caught up.
Last Time.
It's a few days later and the Watchers have just destroyed an enormous robot, yeah I said enormous, that was attacking Kreagal. More about the robot later in another mini story. Remember Derrel's Nightmare well he had it again but this time it was different. This time he was on a floating platform. Terri was on her knees crying, Daniel was nowhere to be seen, the Earth was destroyed mostly, and some stranger was next to him.
"I can't believe it came to this."
"What happened?"
"The end of the world."
A burning newspaper passed by and was dated a year from now.
Derrel woke up and told Terri and Daniel about the dream.
Who was that stranger? THE WORLD ENDS IN A YEAR.
Later...
In the city of Kreagal, the street are at peace. During Christmas all violence has ceased, no tournament, no gang wars, only peace. This is the only time of the year when Derrel and Troy are what you could consider friends.
"Terri will be back tomorrow. What do you think we should get her?"
"I don't know. Troy, you're good with giving gifts, what do you suggest?"
"Flowers, jewelery maybe. She seems like the puppy type."
...
"A puppy was a good idea."
"Shut up. Anyway we can't afford to keep a puppy.
"Build one."
"Daniel is on to something. You don't have to build one but you can buy a robotic puppy from CPTech Industry. They have advanced, high tech robotic pets.
...
...in a room filled with monitors, on of which showed Troy, Derrel, and Daniel making this agreement.
"I want you two to rig that dog. They must not interfere with our plan. The resurrection of Terror and Menace, must go as scheduled."
"Yes sir, I promise they will"
"No longer be a problem."
NOW
Our heroes are now fighting a barrage of Paine's robots. Paine is determined to destroy the group at all cost, including Kreagal.
"Paine won't stop. He keeps sending robot after robot."
"We can't keep fighting.
"Well what do we do?"
"We loose the city. If Paine wants it so bad it's his."
"But the city is not what he wants."
"She's right. He wants to destroy us."
"Why am I listening to you? This is your fault."
"My Fault? How is this my fault."
"Yes that damn robotic puppy from Paine's company."
Before Daniel could respond, another wave of robots appeared. Troy soon joined the fight along with the Killer Knight Gang.
"Terri, go get my brother and take him to Lynbrook. Return when he's safe. Daniel we need help, go get my gang, The Royal Court. They'll be waiting at W.K. Court."
"Looks like it just got real."
"You guys take care. I'll be back soon."
Derrel teamed with Troy as they, the two strongest street fighters in Kreagal, fought to keep themselves and their city alive.
Will Derrel's gang be able to assist our heroes? Is this the begining of the end?
"They are stronger than I thought. I may have to take care of them myself. I have a fairly decent amount of my powers left."
