Flying trough the blinding white snow, my breath become ragged and my heart seems second from bursting. But if I stop... death awaits me... I run and run and never look back. I can hear the creature's steps at my heels and I was sure that no matter how far I flee- no matter how I hide- it would find me. It always did. Always... Always... My thoughts seemed to bounce off the four corners of my mind and echo again and again. One of the advantages of my 'insanity'- I was safe in my head.
