Night turn to day,
Sorrow go away,
Empty our hearts of despair,
Let us never care.
Feelings we hold,
Death is hollow,
The clouds are cold,
The golden city's cold shallow.
We saw the city,
We saw the cloud,
We went to a place,
Where anything was aloud.
Sadness was gone,
We felt only joy,
We met our ancestors;
Every girl and every boy.
It was on the day everyone broke down and cried,
The magnificent! We entered paradise!
From the shots that flew across the sky;
It was on this day,
That we had to die.
Sorrow go away,
Empty our hearts of despair,
Let us never care.
Feelings we hold,
Death is hollow,
The clouds are cold,
The golden city's cold shallow.
We saw the city,
We saw the cloud,
We went to a place,
Where anything was aloud.
Sadness was gone,
We felt only joy,
We met our ancestors;
Every girl and every boy.
It was on the day everyone broke down and cried,
The magnificent! We entered paradise!
From the shots that flew across the sky;
It was on this day,
That we had to die.
