So yesterday I drive down to Brevard to see Mom and Dad because I haven't seen them both in several months and Mom had the night off from work thanks to her patient bucking the kicket. So, I drive down and we all go out to eat dinner at R.J. Gator's. It was a good meal and I had me some pretty decent wings for dinner because I loves me some wings. Anywho, dinner starts and I'm talking about every little thing that comes up from my cousins upcoming wedding to the night a month or so ago where my ex came down and spent the night at their house since they were always more of a mom and dad to her than her parents were. Dad ended up getting a phonecall and while he was taking it, Mom's lack of tact came through that I inherited.

"So...When are you moving to California?"

I love my mommy so much.

Anywho, she makes the comment and then she and I start talking about all of the things I would need to do in order to get ready to move out there. She's even OK with me quitting school temporarily so I can work more and make enough money for me to pack up and head out there. We talked about first having a job secured, then a place to live and all sorts of other things and the expenses. It was really cool because Dad joined in eventually and we all started talking about it.

I love my parents for being so supportive of me and bringing out everything to discuss when I can't find a way to bring it up myself.
