Elijah Jordan Wood was born on January 28, 1981 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. After he was noticed by many that he had uncanny talents, his mother moved him and his family to Los Angeles to begin his acting career. Besides "Deep Impact", he has also appeared in some very good films. I highly recommend "The Adventures of Huck Finn" and "Flipper" which are among his best. If you like suspense thrillers like I do, then I recommend "The Good Son". Elijah has a variety of interests such as collecting Star Wars memorabilia, working on his computer, singing, biking, cooking and fencing. Even though his parents are divorced, Elijah has 1 younger sister and 1 older brother. And finally, I have to mention that not only is Elijah a good actor, but he has belonged to organizations that provide for the less fortunate. That is why Elijah Wood is one of Hollywood's best!
