'93 Ford Taurus. Moter blew last month. (Pop's)
Mercury Sable. Car crash (last entry) on the fourth of June. (Mom's)
Intreped. Transmission blew. (Pop's)
Chrysler PT Cruiser. Runs off the road, down the hill, into the road, 14th of June. (Pop's rental car, wreck.)
Does it sound like just car trouble? Well I was there for both wrecks. Pop was all cut up on the last one, and I think there's something that someone/thing is trying to tell me something, You know?
Well, in this one, it was Pop, Jim (we were taking him to his son's house), and I. As we came on the ramp, there is this round curve, a dip in the ground (covered by grass) and then another highway. >>; we missed the turn, and came off the road, and as that PT slild down through the grass, it stopped in the center of the other highway. Lucky for us there was no trafic on that street. >> Jim had just had open heart sugery and was taken to the hospital. Pop had a layer skin taken off his wrist, there is a black burn mark on his arm, a cut and bruise down his leg and chest, and a few bruises on his face. So pop and I went together in another ambulence. All I got was a bruise on my arm. Pop had a chocolate milkshake, and it spilled all over us, so we went in drenched, and smelling like chocolate...It was all matted in my hair, too. >> Mom came and gave us a lift home, at least. Jim was alright, too, thank God.
I can't believe it, ten days later, an another car wreck.
