How long will it be,
before the day we see
life the right way?
What we have now,
people frolicking around,
with bad intention.
That's nothing of life,
it is not worthy of that title.
News blasts our immoral sins;
channel four,
we take money from the poor,
channel five,
we burn someone alive,
channel nine,
someone blown up by a landmine.
When will this quit?
Till no one left to confront it?
I hear on the T.V.
a girl was raped, nearly slain,
she's stuck on iv,
only to feel un-rightful pain.
Do we call this freedom?
Do we call this justice?
Do we call this liberty?
Do we call this happiness?
It will be okay somehow,
I know true life will be found,
good morals will be mention,
and no longer will we live in strife,
life will mean something to a mortal.
