To be so close,
Yet far away.
To have your wings,
but unable to fly.
Your mind is free,
your heart is stuck.
Trust me girl,
your out of luck.
He says he does,
you know he dont.
To spread your wings,
and fall out flat.
I am close,
yet far away,
getting closer everyday.
I know I'll never reach it,
try with all my might.
I am a winged bird,
unable to fly.
I am,
the black and white,
penguin.
