I will do
what you call impossible, I will love you
when you think no one can.

Though you have
no faith in yourself,
I will prove to you
that I do.

I will keep you safe
from what life does to you.
I will protect you, with only my faith.

Though you think
that the world torments you,
I will show to you
that it is full of joy.

I will prove
all of this and more,
guiding you with
the light of my heart.

I'm sure somewhere deep down in his heart (probably way deep down) he has feelings like that. Most guys are pretty rough on the outside, I should know after all.
