ARUGH!..ok.. i wish i could manipulate time.. houses last year cost (lets just say K) 178k.. a year later the same house is 350-400k
i SO wish i could have burrowed 400K and bought 2 178k homes and sold one now at 350-400; whatever the average was.. and pay off my first debt.. which would have been both homes.. and whenever it would be time to move.. the "living in" house would (hopefully) cover its own cost..
