With this great, handsome, TOTALLY NOT A WEIRDO, guy there are many ways to qualify in his list. Here they are in a certain kind of order:
1) If you are a cute japanese girl, you qualify!~
2) If you are a cute asian in general, you qualify!~
3) If you're good looking in his eyes, you qualify!~
