So today I was posting on The Bump List's Forum. I went directly to the art section because I wanted to see what people had said about mine and see other's art. I saw some things people could improve on so I wrote a quick post about the things they needed to work on. I said it all in the nicest way possible because I know it hurts to get flamed, so I tried to make it sounds really really insanely positive.
Well, I got a reply shortly afterward that said the person didn't want me to tell her how to draw and that she just wanted to post her 'crappy art'. I just thought that giving her a few pointers would help because I know a lot of people who want to get better at drawing, so they post their art and leave it out in the open where people can give them constructive criticism so that they can improve. Y'know? I'm a little mad because she could have said not to comment on it in the description or in the post, y'know? But then again I guess I can't just assume that I'm allowed to go around and post about how a person's art needs improvement, because even constructive criticism can hurt.
I can't stand it when i start really thinking about stuff like this because i feel like my brain is going to implode or something. @_@ But then again, don't you instantly assume that someone is going to leave a comment on what they think about your art if you post it on the internet where everyone can see? @_@!!!
