Katarn, One of the few last living cities on a dying world. With only a train going to the other few, Kararn is isolated with three levels. Katarn or as the locals call it, the upper-world is a utopia with only a few problems of petty crimes and racism. Maral, or as the locals tend to call it, Lower-world. The lower world is run by organized gangs, leaving the streets sometimes littered with bodies. and has a day and night light cycle. Then there is Adras, or as the locals tend to call it, The underworld. The Underworld is were the poor or banished or wanted go to, a rundown city with only soft blue light on 24/7. Are you ready to make your mark on this city and change the world, or try to take control though the citys council or gang underbelly? What species are you going to be? Who are you going to be?
