Recently I've talked about how stressed I've been and how my weight is going up and down because of it. Some days I'll be soo stressed all i do is sleep and other days I'll sit on the sofa watching Christmas movies stuffing my face with junk food. Then i reflected back to my first post of having upbeat and positive journals. Yes it hit me, where's the positive outlook on life when talking about stress? I've found that in my journey to keep stress down as well as my weight is should make it kind f like a game. Make challenges and goals for myself each week and push toward and past them to achieve my ultimate goal. Motivation is the key. So it's time to throw down these amazingly awesome but unhealthy bag of fully loaded baked potato ruffles and pick up a stalk of celery and a bottle of water and put my worn out converse to the pavement. Yes, it's time to throw out the junk and EXERCISE!!!! Time to kick a**!!! CHALLENGE EXCEPTED twisted
