But still. Sadness is just an emotion. It's part of happiness, just like death is a part of life and darkness a part of light. The world makes us think these things are bad, and so we feel guilty or afraid. But it's okay. When you're sad, don't let it upset you more. Just take it in stride, enjoy it, even. Don't let it totally consume you...but it's okay to wallow once in a while, as long as it doesn't interfere with living. Everyone deserves a break once in a while though.
