Dear Journal,
My friend and I have known each other for one year and two months, and have lived together for 11 months of that year, and in that time, we have had some crazy times. We always say "That one's going in the book!" or, "Dude! We need to write that down!" Well, here is a temp place for those funny moments or sayings that come from our mind.
1. The very first time we got together and the very first thing that happened: late one night we were watching Sailormoon, and this one part, the baddie had the scouts trapped in a dark energy-bubble of doom. Anyway, he says to the scouts, "How do you like the taste of my darkness?", and then his little gay lover-boy pops up behind him. My friend pops out with "He'd like to taste your darkness." I lost it! XD I couldn't hold back... we still laugh about that today.... I don't think it'll ever get old. X3 It's not what she said that got me, but how she said it. X3
2. Okay, another night--again, really late--we were lying in bed talking about digimon and pokemon and stuff. We were saying random junk for attacks... well, I ran out of one, so I'm all, "My sporkmon'll beat your... blah-blah-blah!" She lost it then--we almost peed ourselves with that one. X3
3. Another night we were at my grandma's house watching Shrek 3... well, there's a part in the movie where Donkey turns around and has a baby ogre's head and says "Dada" in a real low voice. Okay, my grandpa has a bunch of deer mounts in the spare room we were in, I mimic the voice and she freaks out! She's all, "I would be *outa* here if that were one of those deer that said that!" Ever since then, she keeps asking me to do the "voice". ^^'
4. Again, really late: we were at IHOP and she'd ordered a chicken finger basket with gravey. Well, she specifically asked for gravy. She gets it, pics up her knife and fork ready to eat, then she sees there's no gravy. She says, "Where'smagravy? D:<" with fork and knife in hand like she's about to clobber someone- again, it's not what she said, but how she said it. X3 Driving home we couldn't stop laughing... I almost peed myself then, too. Haahaa!
5. Okay, one day we ate at Subway. We get in the car and I guess I was gassy or something, because I burped, but I did this weird thing and it came out sounding like "rararararar". ^^'
6. We were watching the out-takes of Twilight and there's this part where Kirstin is rambling on about how her mom and she made a rain stick from chinchilla droppings, so my roommate comes back with, "Oh, so it's a chinchilla s**t-stick?" Haahaa.... X3
7. And, while on Twilight, I got the soundtrack and she and I were listening to it.... we got to the song Rob sings.... you really can't understand what he says half the time because he mumbles. There's this one part on the song where the mumbling is really bad. My friend had never listened to it before, so I told her to listen for the "mumblemumble eiyahhh". We can't listen to the song now without crying-laughing!
8. Out to lunch one day at Chicken Express, I guess I had two thoughs trying to come out at once I was trying to say I wanted some fried pickes, and then say I wish they had chicken nuggets here, but it all came out as "I want some chicken-fried pickeled nuggets." XD
9. My roomie thinks she's got a curse: we cannot have kids around here without them getting their head hit. Once we were keeping an eye on her nephew and he fell from the couch and hit his head on the coffee table, we were babysitting her brother's girlfriend's kid and she falls in the VerizonWireless store and hits her head on the counter (like, the wall part... she was standing on the floor and fell over and hit her head), and my niece... she was tossing her up and her head hit the deer mounts in that spare room I was talking about earlier. X3
Anyway, that's all for now... if I think of anymore, or we have anymore, then I'll post them. We're always having those, what we like to call, "Fred and George" moments (the twins from Harry Potter) where we say something at the same time, or finish each other sentences, or I'll say something right before she does, or vice-versa.
