Looking off into the distance
I close my eyes and breathe, for an instant
I think of you in the stillness of the night
Listening to my heart beat as flashes
Of the first time we meet an instance
Of our first time imbeded in my mind
Your sweet and tender voice whispering
Softly.
I longed for you to be in my arms feeling
The solitude of being with you awaken
To feel the calm rythim of your heart
I´m here hoping and waiting for a new start
From which I´ll never depart.
