Add this to your profile theme:
.media_panel OBJECT,
.media_panel EMBED { width: 400px; height: 300px; }
.media_panel EMBED { width: 400px; height: 300px; }
You can change the "400"s to any size you want (and the height/width don't need to be the same number).
You might need to customize the rest of your profile theme to fit a larger Flash.
