Once upon a time there lived a man and woman. They both wanted a child and hoped one day that they would have one. 2 years later, the woman had become pregnant. The woman was a witch, from a faraway magical land called Cestial. Cestial was a very happy, magical, and friendly land. For 37 years, all the witches in Cestial lived very safely. But, after the long, safe, happiness... ever since the mother witch had the baby the Darkness would try to take away the powers of the child. But, one day the baby’s father’s brother had killed the baby’s father. Her father had everything her father’s brother did not have, but wished to have. That always would make the brother angry. So the brother had surprise attacked her father, just before the baby was born. The child was named after her mysterious mother who would never let her daughter alone with someone else. Her name was Coraline. Coraline was never able to be alone because of the Darkness. Ever since the Darkness knew that Coraline had existed, he knew that if he got a hold of her powers, he would become the most powerful thing in the entire universe of Cestial. But on the other side of the world were there lived a perfectly normal family, was Carmen. Carmen knew she had the most perfect life of all. She didn’t have any problems to deal with. Until… She finds out that she has a twin from an unbelievable witch world. Coraline and Carmen are twins! Ever since Carmen and Coraline have been in the same class, they have been the BESTEST friends.
